British Virgin Islands is an archipelago of 60 Islands and is located in the North Eastern part of Caribbean. It has fifty smaller Islands. The main islands are Virgin, Gorda, Anegada, and Tortola being the largest Islands. The British Virgin Islands capital city is Road Town and it is the largest city. This city is charmed for its boutiques, markets and favorite stops for cruise ships passengers. The official language is English. Others include Creole, Spanish, and French. Fungi is the staple food in this Island. Fruits consumed by these Islanders are apple, mango, and papaya. Tea, beverages, and ginger root drinks are also popular. The leading religion in this Island is Christianity; a small number of populations are Jews and Muslims. This Island has also indulged itself in some of the export and import activities. They export commodities like rum, sand, and fresh fish. Hurricanes occasionally hit these Islands.
