HRM helps to maintain high employee profile and sound human relations by providing training and development programmes, opportunities for expressions, voice in management, fair, acceptable and efficient leadership qualities. HRM has the capacity to identify and satisfy group's needs by providing adequate and equitable wages, incentives, employee benefits and social security. Thus, the objectives of HRM are influenced by the organizational objectives, individual and social goals.
