Employment is a two way contractual relationship between two parties the employer and employee. An employee is an individual who is hired by his employer to do a specific job or work the employee is hired by the employer after an application and an interview process which results in his or her selection as an employee. The terms of individual employer is specified by an offer letter which is in a employment contract written or may be verbal in form. Employment for a person depends on his qualification and experience and these opportunities could arise in government sectors, private sectors and even in the home based businesses. Employment for any employee can be both part time, full time, permanent or on contract basis. An employee has a boss the person she or he reports to and takes directions from usually is a manager or supervisors. The hiring of the employee in turn offers his or her services for certain remunerations known as salary or wages.
