These are non business organization and are similar to non governmental organization (NGO's) whose ultimate goal is “service to the society”, rather than making gains and profits. These organizations exist for a social cause. Their main source of income is in the form of donations, subscriptions and gifts. This monetary fund is spent on the stated social cause and administration and maintenance work. A few examples of non business organizations are trusts, co-operative societies, clubs and associations and non governmental organizations (NGO's). These organizations are registered bodies which provide services to societies such as education, medicine and social reforms in their action plans. The members are honorary and offer services free of cost to its beneficiaries. They quickly respond to the needs of the mass. They mobilize funds for the development of the community and society.
