Morocco is one of the disputed territory of Western Sahara and make up the Northwest corner of Africa. Most of the population lead a nomadic life moving from one place to another place with their herd of animals. The country is a mix of African Arab, Berber, and European influences. The currency the country uses is Moroccan Dirham. The country's strength lies in phosphate mining and farming. The leading carpet industries are in Fes and Rabat and women make most of the rugs. Hand-knitted woolen carpets are the great craft industries in Morocco. The traditional drink is the refreshing mint tea; with plenty of sugar and a sprig of mint, which is usually served in pots.
